PEARL IZUMI FLY ULTRA SHORTS
I finally get the chance to reviews two pairs of awesome Pearl Izumi shorts. First, the Fly Ultra shorts. These are my go-to shorts for races and longer training runs. They’re extremely comfortable with the P.R.O. fabric, light weight, minimal shorts with tons of storage and a smooth slit down the side that doesn’t feel like a skirt when you’re running extra fast. Love these bad boys!!

PEARL IZUMI ELITE TRI SHORTS
The other pair of shorts are the Pearl Izumi ELITE Tri-Shorts. Seeing as these are my first and currently only pair of tri shorts, I don’t have much to compare them to other than my cycling bibs and other running shorts. The In-R-Cool fabric is BOSS, has been proven time and time again and I love it. As a swim trunk, they’re awesome. As a bike short, I have to get used to the thinner chamois, but once you do, they are dynamite. And finally as running shorts, thy fit a lot like compression shorts without a lot of the compression. They do the job fine. A very quality pair of tri shorts, for sure!
